Although I am a former prosecutor I just don't know: who has the power to arrest in New York, the police or Birthright? Can you do the research and get back to me on that? While I saw that piece of nonsense — as if the charity has the power to arrest — I sought to focus on the tactics of persuasion in general that led them to blunder in such a fashion. On the other hand, the use of such an argument also sends the signal that they didn’t have any better argument to make, which is another indication of a failure to persuade. Comments are closed.
